Rich Who We Are:
We are Mountain Strength Fitness.
Mountain Strength Fitness is a team of Crossfit certified trainers who use small group personal training to help people reach their natural born potential. We want to see you succeed, and we will help you achieve your goals!
We are a Guerrilla Training group. This means we do not have a permanent gym. We train outside in parks and use indoor space when needed.
What We Do:
Group classes involve a mix of:
- Metabolic conditioning (ex. running, jump rope)
- Strength training (ex. dumbbell lifts, kettlebells)
- Body weight exercises (ex. push ups, sit ups).

You may also see agility, flexibility, or strength training from our own personal influences. |
Martial Arts, Soccer, Track and Field and Dance being among them.
We love to keep things interesting.
