Our Middle School and High School Teen Strength and Conditioning program is for high school athletes of all sports. Ages 11 - 18.
We have worked with High School and club Athletes in Soccer, Golf, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Crew, and Track and Field. We focus on building a well rounded athlete. Our approach reduces injuries and educates the athlete on proper technique and safety. Our classes are small so we can cater to the individual athetes needs.

Cost is Pro-rated based on start date then Auto pay on the 1st each month
Wednesday and Thursday: 3:45pm
*Middle Schoolers (11 - 13) start on Thursdays until they are cleared for the full schedule

- A dynamic warm up
- Mobility drills
- Agility training
- Strength training
- Plyometrics and sled work
- Power development training utilizing the Olympic lifts
- Cool down stretching
