We finally have a white board!

Warmup:

  • Jump rope for 5 mins, rest as needed

Skillwork:

  • The MedBall Clean
  • The Dumbbell Clean

The WOD:

"Mini Cindy"

AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:

  • 5 Pushups
  • 10 Squats
  • 15 Jumping Jacks

Cooldown:

  • Stretching
