07/10/09 WOD: 5 of 5

Today's WOD:

5 of 5:

5 sets of 5 excercises with a 1 pood (35lb KB)

No time component, but try to keep rest to a minimum.

  1. Goblet squats
  2. Single leg squats (5 each leg)
  3. Turkish getup's (5 each side)
  4. Snatch squat (5 each side)
  5. Renegade Rows (5 each arm)

(Bonus 6th if you feel up to it, I know I was: KB lunges 100ft)

Cool down with:

Walkouts: feet together, bend over and touch your toes, walk your hands out to a plank position, do a pushup, walk feet up to hands, repeat 5 times.

This will really stretch out the hamstrings

Followup by some light stretching of the legs and shoulders.
