07/10/09 WOD: 5 of 5

Today's WOD:
5 of 5:
5 sets of 5 excercises with a 1 pood (35lb KB)
No time component, but try to keep rest to a minimum.
- Goblet squats
- Single leg squats (5 each leg)
- Turkish getup's (5 each side)
- Snatch squat (5 each side)
- Renegade Rows (5 each arm)
(Bonus 6th if you feel up to it, I know I was: KB lunges 100ft)
Cool down with:
Walkouts: feet together, bend over and touch your toes, walk your hands out to a plank position, do a pushup, walk feet up to hands, repeat 5 times.
This will really stretch out the hamstrings
Followup by some light stretching of the legs and shoulders.
