Warm Up:

  • Jump Rope for 2 minutes
  • Dynamic warmup
  • Hip Mobility movements

Skill Work:

  • The Over Head Squat
  • The Over Head Lunge

The WOD:

21 - 15 - 9

  • Overhead Lunge (25#/15#)
  • Sit Ups

Cool Down:

  • Double Under Skill Work
  • Quad and Hamstring stretches
