02/06/2010 - The Dumbbell Dead Lift

Warm Up:

  • Jump Rope: 2 minutes
  • Dynamic Warm Up

Skill Work:

  • The Dumbbell Dead Lift
  • The Sumo Dead Lift High Pull

The WOD:

"Dumbbell Diane"

21 - 15 - 9

  • DB Dead Lift
  • Press

Use one of the DB's from the DL to press overhead.

Ex: you DL with two 40# Dumbbells, grab one 40# dumbbell on both sides and press from chest to overhead.

Cool Down:

  • Light Stretching
