Warm Up:
- Jump Rope: 2 minutes
- Dynamic Warm Up
Skill Work:
- The Dumbbell Dead Lift
- The Sumo Dead Lift High Pull
The WOD:
"Dumbbell Diane"
21 - 15 - 9
- DB Dead Lift
- Press
Use one of the DB's from the DL to press overhead.
Ex: you DL with two 40# Dumbbells, grab one 40# dumbbell on both sides and press from chest to overhead.
Cool Down:
- Light Stretching
