02/08/2010 - DB Front Squat

Warm Up:

  • Dynamic Warm Up

Skill Work:

  • The Dumbbell Front Squat

The WOD:

Strength Day!

  • 5 x 5 Dumbbell Front Squat

then

3 rounds of

  • Max Push Ups (2 min rest in between attempts)

Cool Down:

  • Light Stretching
