Base Camp

This is Our CrossFit Beginner's Class

You do not need to be Fit to start, But you must start to get Fit!

To start at Mountain Strength CrossFit you will need to attend our beginner 6 session Base Camp course.

This can be done one on one in Private training or as a group that starts the 1st and 3rd Monday of each month.

The Group Base Camp schedule is Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at 7:30pm - 9pm

Base Camp is included in your first month payment and can be repeated.

We teach you everything that you need to know to have a successful fitness journey.

After you finish Base Camp you can choose to jump into the regular CrossFit classes, take private classes with a trainer or retake the base camp again! 

Teen Strength and Conditioning

  • High School Strength and Conditioning Class
    Monday - Thursday
  • 3:30pm - 4:30pm
  • Ages 12 - 18

Our High school/Teen Strength and Conditioning program is for high school athletes of all sports.

We have worked with High School and club Athletes in Soccer, Golf, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Crew, and Track and Field.

We focus on building a well rounded athlete. Our approach reduces injuries and educates the athlete on proper technique and safety. Our program runs in 6 week intervals and takes into account whether an athlete is pre-season, in-season, or out of season. Our classes are small so we can cater to the individual athetes needs.

Our classes consist of: 

  • a warm up
  • mobility drills
  • agility training
  • strength training
  • power development training utilizing the Olympic lifts
  • plyometrics and sled work
  • conditioning
  • and cool down stretching. 

Perfect to give your athlete or team an edge on any field! 

$150/month or $15 per class drop in
