Our classes are small, with no more than 12 students in each class. This keeps the focus on you and the coach to athlete ratio low so we can give you the attention to detail you deserve.

You do not need to be Fit to start, But you must start to get Fit!
To start at Mountain Strength CrossFit you will need to attend our beginner 12 session Base Camp course that starts the first Monday of each month.
The Base Camp classes are on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday nights at 7:30pm.
The Course is $169 and no commitment is needed and can be repeated as many times as you need to.
We teach you everything that you need to know to have a successful fitness journey. You do not need to be fit to start, but you need to start to get fit! After you Finish Base Camp you can choose one of the membership options below!

High School Strength and Conditioning Class
Monday - Thursday
3:30pm - 4:30pm

Our High school/Teen Strength and Conditioning program is for high school athletes of all sports.
We have worked with High School and club Athletes in Soccer, Golf, Lacrosse, Basketball, Baseball, Volleyball, Crew, and Track and Field.
We focus on building a well rounded athlete. Our approach reduces injuries and educates the athlete on proper technique and safety. Our program runs in 6 week intervals and takes into account whether an athlete is pre-season, in-season, or out of season. Our classes are small so we can cater to the individual athetes needs.
